To keep our club compliant and our flight line safe, all members need to have their “ducks in a row” before hitting the field. Please ensure you have the following ready:

1. AMA Membership: A current AMA membership is required for insurance and club standing.

2. FAA Registration: Keep your FAA Aircraft & Drone Registration up to date.

3. TRUST Certificate: If you haven’t already, complete the FAA TRUST test. It’s quick, free, and required.

4. Club Rules: Take a moment to refresh yourself on our Constitution, By-Laws, and Safety Rules.

Sharing your AMA Proof:
Once you have your card or certificate, choose whichever method works best for you:

1. Quick Upload: Use our Verification Form right here on the site (mest be registered club member).

2. Digital: Email your documents to pprcctreasurer@gmail.com.

3. In Person: Show your documents to any Executive Committee (EC) lead at the field or at a club meeting.

We keep our dues structure simple to ensure the club stays healthy and the runway stays smooth:

1. 1. Standard Season (Oct 1 – July 31): Full Dues.

   2. Late Season (Aug 1 – Sept 30): Adjusted Dues (welcome to our new members joining late in the year!).

A quick note for our regulars:

1. Renewing members always pay the Full Dues rate regardless of when they sign up. 

2. New rates for the upcoming year are officially set when the new season opens on November 1st.

Ways to Pay  

1. We accept checks made out to Pikes Peak RC Club or PPRCC. Choose the method that fits your schedule:

3. In Person:  

   1. Bring your payment to any monthly club meeting

4. PayPal:  Send payment to pprcctreasurer@gmail.com (no additional fee).

5. Zelle:  The Zelle QR code appears on the membership form, and you’ll also receive it in your Dues Owed email after submitting your application.

1. How the Digital Membership Works Think of this form as your annual “Member Profile.” 

2. Submit once per year:  

3. Each membership year requires a new application. This ensures we have your most up‑to‑date contact information, AMA number, and membership details.

4. After submitting:  

   1. You’ll receive a copy of your responses for your records. If you need to correct something this year, just contact the club and we’ll update your profile for you.

5. Annual renewal:  

   1. When the next membership cycle opens, simply submit a fresh form for that year.

6. No Google account required:  

7. Anyone can submit the form using any email address. 

8. Once a member, you will have access to the members site. The sites provides access to the follwing 

   1. For Sale & Wanted: Access our private member marketplace.

   2. Private Club Roster: Connect with other "Opt-In" club members.

   3. Private Discussions: Join our secure club conversation area.

   4. Interactive club calendar

   5. Members photo Gallery

   6. Members published tips, pointers flying stories and more.

   7. Once a member, you will not need a @gmail address to access the site but you will need to link your email through a google provide identinty. To do that,use this link and follow instructions.  Once you complete this step, your email will be added to the sites access group and you will be notified that everything is now set.

   8. If you don’t use a Google‑linked email, you can still submit the membership form normally, however, you will not have access to the benifits above.

1. If you’re waiting on your club badge or have questions about your membership status, please check the following before reaching out:

4. If you’re unsure, check your email for the confirmation message you received after submitting the form.

5. After dues are Paid:  

   1. Badges are created only after dues are received by the Treasurer.

   2. If you haven’t paid yet, please use one of the payment methods listed on this page.
