Runways: East (600') and West (540').
Boundaries: Strict No-Fly Zone South of Judge Orr Road. * Lost Planes: Do not trespass. Contact an EC member to coordinate with landowners.
Safety: Direct Line-of-Sight is required for all aircraft (including drones). FPV and rockets are prohibited.
Credentials: Must maintain current AMA and FAA TRUST certification.
Badges: Must be worn visibly while flying.
Guests: AMA members may visit up to 7 times when accompanied by a club member. (USAFA Cadets have unlimited use).
Structures: No permanent field modifications without EC approval.
Deadline: All renewals must be paid by December 31st to maintain club privileges.
Rates: Please refer to the PPRC Club Membership form for current fees.
Exemptions: Active Military and Seniors (80+) qualify for fee/dues waivers as outlined in the club bylaws.

💡 Tip: You don't need a @gmail address! You can link your current email address to a Google Identity to get these perks without changing your inbox.
If you don’t use a Google‑linked email, you can still submit the membership form normally — you just won’t be able to edit it later.
Club Calendar
Community Events & Fly-ins This is a member-maintained space for sharing informal events and gatherings. See the instructions below the calendar to sync this schedule to your phone or add your own events to the list! .
Open the Calendar: On the calendar above, click the "Add to Google Calendar" located on the bottom left of the calendar.
Create Your Event: This opens your personal Google Calendar. Create your event as usual.
Invite the Club: In the "Add guests" box, type:
Save: Once you hit save, the event will automatically sync to this page.
📅 Sync the Schedule to Your Phone
Request Sync: On the calendar above, click the + Google Calendar button (bottom-right corner).
Confirm: Follow the prompt on your phone or computer to "Add" the PPRCC schedule.
Pilot Tips:
Details: Click any event on the calendar to see Location Maps and briefings.
Mobile View: Use the 'Agenda' tab (top right of the calendar) for a clean list-style view.
To help us keep the flight line active, any member can add events to this calendar. Using a Google-linked identity allows you to 'Invite the Club' to your informal fly-ins or build-nights so they sync here automatically. If you're using Yahoo or Outlook, you can link your email to a Google identity to unlock these scheduling tools.
To protect member privacy, our directory and self-service tools require a Google-linked ID. If you don't use Gmail, you can simply link your current email address (Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) to a Google identity. This acts as your 'digital key' to the Private Roster, the Marketplace, and other member-only tools."

Member access & hangar talk
This site uses the PPRCC Google Group as a secure "container" for membership. Being a member of the group is what identifies you to the system and automatically grants you access to: Private Roster & Marketplace, Club Calendars & Photo Gallery.
Hangar Talk (Group Chat)
The group also serves as our digital clubhouse. You have full control over how—or if—you participate:
Join the Conversation: Feel free to post field updates, technical questions, or "heads up" for informal fly-ins.
Privacy: Your email address is never shown to other members; only your "Display Name" is visible.
Inbox Control (How you get updates)
You decide how often the club hits your inbox. In your Group Settings, you can choose:
Each Email: You get every message as it’s posted (best for flight line updates).
Daily Digest: You get one single email at the end of the day with all the club's news.
No Email: You won't get any emails at all. You just come to this page whenever you want to read what’s new.
📩 Getting Connected
Gmail Users: You’re all set! You will automatically see the "Join" and "Post" buttons as long as you are signed in.
Other Emails (Yahoo, Outlook, etc.): To post to the board or manage your alerts, just link your current email to a Google Account. You don't need a new Gmail address—this just "unlocks" the club's tools for your existing email.
